A hospitality graduate with a Management Degree from the Department of Management Studies-New Delhi, Sunil is the Founder of IHC, and oversees the company’s business strategy, alliance and owners relationships. His responsibilities include integrating industry strategies with the services and solutions provided by IHC With over 20 years of experience including tenures with leading hospitality brands such as The ITC, IHG, Carlson Shangri-La and TATA, Sunil possesses extensive experience in Operations and has been responsible for setting up and establishing hotel Operations and Sales and Marketing in challenging environments throughout India.

Naresh Kumar Koundal –
Associate Consultant

Mr. Koundal is an Electrical engineer by profession having 18 years of experience in the field of construction and specialized in Hotel segment. He had worked for big brands like “Country Inn & Suites” by Carlson, “Ginger” by TAJ, Peppermint Hotels etc. He has also worked with “TUV-SUD South Asia” an ISO Certification and Third Party inspection company.

Mohit Sharma –
Associate Consultant

Mohit is a trained Hotel Professional. He got his Culinary Diploma in Food & Beverage production from Swami Vivekananda College, Mumbai. He brings with him a working experience of over 10 yrs in the field of design & development of Hotel kitchens projects, back areas, equipments and stand alone Restaurants. His strength lies in developing mill-work- drawings and coordinating with respective Consultants and Engineers.

Arvind Singh –
Associate Consultant

Arvind is an expert of IT Management and Solution with over a decade of experience in IT infrastructure and Management consultancy. Supported by a degree in Master of Business Administration in Information Technology, Arvind has been involved in WEB solution, E-marketing, social media management & IT setup for various leading corporate and organizations like NOKIA, BPTP, YES BANK, HDFC BANK, etc.
